At In Pursuit of Christ Ministries, we believe baptism is a powerful and personal step in your walk with Christ. Whether you're new to the faith or recommitting your life to God, we are honored to walk with you as you publicly declare your faith and embrace the new life He has for you.
WHAT IS BAPTISM?
Baptism is a sacred and public declaration of your faith in Jesus Christ. It is an outward expression of an inward transformation—a symbol of dying to your old life and being raised into new life through Christ. Through baptism, we follow the example of Jesus and obey His command to identify with Him in His death, burial, and resurrection.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
At In Pursuit of Christ Ministries, we believe baptism is:

For believers who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior

A response of obedience to Christ’s command (Matthew 28:19–20)

A symbol of repentance, cleansing, and new life

Performed by full immersion in water

Done in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost—in Jesus’ Name
Baptism doesn’t save you—it’s a declaration that you’ve already been saved by grace through faith. It’s a step of boldness, identity, and surrender.
